Setting a Financial Limit

We offer you the opportunity to apply limits to your SuprIsle account at any time. If a limit is set up and reached, you will be unable to continue to play beyond the relevant limit because our system will automatically block further play. All limits follow UTC time, i.e. a day starts at 00.00 UTC and ends at 23.59 UTC.

You may at your discretion choose to limit: (i) Loss limit This allows you to control the amount of real money you can maximum lose in the period to which the limit applies. (ii) Deposit Limit This allows you to limit the amount of funds you can deposit into your account. A deposit limit allows you to restrict the amount of money you can deposit into your account. (iii) Wagering Limit This limit means you decide a limit for how much, in aggregate, you can wager over a specified time period. Once you reach that limit, whether you are winning or losing your wagers on aggregate, you will not be able to place more wagers.

You can choose to implement a "daily limit", or a "weekly limit", or a "monthly limit".

You may change or revoke a limit that you set on your account by contacting our customer support service either via chat or by email. Increasing or revoking a limit takes effect after the following "cooling off" period from when SuprIsle has registered the requested change. This shall be a 7-day cooling-off period after which the request to make a limit of a definite period less stringent is made, whereas a request for a change to make a limit for a definite period more stringent shall be implemented immediately. A request revoking an indefinite period of self-exclusion shall be effective after a lapse of not less than 7 days.

This "cooling off" period will give you chance to reconsider whether you really want to raise or revoke the limit you have previously decided to put on your own gaming. If you should want to decrease a limit, such a change will be implemented immediately after the request for change has been registered in our system. Should you reach any limit so imposed, you will not be able to make any further deposits or place any wager (including the one you are trying to perform) until the duration of such limit has elapsed.

Setting a Maximum Session Time limit and Reality Checks

(i) You may decide to set a maximum session time during which you will be allowed to stay logged into your account. If you are logged in and your session reached a set limit, you will be logged out of the site and any game in progress will be stopped. (ii) Reality Checks. SuprIsle offers a tool for users to help monitor their activity. If you activate this feature, a message will be displayed on your screen at regular intervals. This feature will display a message at set intervals for all games. The message that is displayed will inform you about how long time you have been playing, how much you have spent/won. Self-Exclusion
